Longstanding friends Julia Bullock and Evan Hughes share a program that includes Hughes singing the European premiere of Carter’s Three Explorations – settings from T. S. Eliot’s Four Quartets – with the Knussen Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Ryan Wigglesworth. The concert also includes several shorter pieces by Carter performed by the International Contemporary Ensemble.
